• Repairing and maintaining equipment as assigned
• Conducting periodic equipment inspections
• Addressing mechanical, control, thermal, and electrical problems
• Researching, testing, and implementing new products and cost-cutting ideas

• Ensure smooth operations with minimal unplanned downtime
• Repair and maintain equipment as assigned
• Conduct periodic equipment inspections
• Address mechanical, control, thermal, and electrical issues

• Minimum of 8 years technical experience (2 Year Degree is equivalent to 1 year of experience and 4 Year Degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to independently identify and repair moderately complex problems
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Identifies, schedules, and manages improvement and group activities
• Applies knowledge of repairs and troubleshooting with minimal guidance
• Uses independent judgment on a regular basis
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of department processes
• Performs moderately complex troubleshooting and repairs

• Manufacturing environment; typical 6.5-hour day
• Occasional overnight travel to remote locations or training
• Required to work overtime (unplanned and unscheduled) to meet deadlines
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts; moderate noise levels; hearing protection as required
