Maintenance Technician
This position involves working as a Maintenance Technician for a tier 1 supplier of headlights and taillights. The role supports the injection molding department and requires individuals who can diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures in machines. The company is rapidly expanding, with plans to break ground on a new plant.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures in machinery.
- Support the injection molding department.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Conduct electrical maintenance, including 480 V, 220 V, and 110 V three-phase wiring.
- Handle AC/DC systems and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Perform PLC troubleshooting and welding tasks.
- Experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance.
- Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.
- Capability to read and interpret blueprints.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with specific plastics and injection molding.
- Associates degree in a maintenance-related field.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $58240.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
