We are working with a fantastic, community-focused primary school in NW6 who are looking for an experienced Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or
3) to join their Early Years team as soon as possible. This is a brilliant long-term opportunity running until July 2026, ideal for someone passionate about supporting early development in a nurturing, well‑resourced environment.
The school offers a warm, collaborative atmosphere with a strong commitment to child‑centred learning and staff wellbeing. You'll be working within a supportive EYFS team who value creativity, communication, and a positive approach to early childhood education.
Location: NW6 (Inner London)
Start Date: ASAP
Role: Nursery Practitioner (Level 2/3)
Contract: Full-time, ASAP - July 2026
Pay: £105‑£115 per day (via umbrella)
- Mon‑Wed & Fri: 8:30am – 3:30pm
- Thursday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
- Supporting children aged 3‑4 in a busy, play‑based nursery environment
- Assisting with planning and delivering engaging, age‑appropriate activities
- Creating a safe, nurturing space that supports children's personal development
- Providing personal care where required
- Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
- Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification
- Experience working in Early Years (nursery or preschool)
- Warm, patient, and proactive
- Strong understanding of EYFS practice
- Reliable and available to start immediately
- Supportive leadership and a friendly EYFS team
- Well‑resourced classrooms and excellent early years provision
- A school that values creativity, wellbeing, and collaborative practice
- Long‑term stability through to July 2026
