Salary: £33,000 – £37,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Overview
We are recruiting a committed and experienced Team Leader to join a therapeutic Children’s Residential Home in Hillingdon, Uxbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Support Worker or experienced Residential Support Worker looking to progress into a leadership role within a supportive, child-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and emotional support to children and young people
* Lead shifts and supervise staff to ensure safe and consistent care delivery
* Implement, monitor and review individual care plans
* Maintain accurate records, reports and daily logs in line with regulatory standards
* Promote safeguarding, welfare and positive behaviour support strategies
* Support the development and performance of the staff team
* Liaise effectively with families, social workers and external professionals
About You
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – essential
* Previous experience in children’s residential care
* Senior or supervisory experience desirable
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Resilient, empathetic and child-focused approach
* Sound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices
* Full UK driving licence preferred
