Job Title: Breakfast Club and After school Wraparound - Childcare Activity Leader / Playworker
Location: Gipsy Road, London, SE27 9RD
Hours: 26.5 hours, Monday to Friday - 7:00am-9:00am / 3:00pm-6:30pm
Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour (plus holiday pay)
Contract: Term‑Time

At Junior Adventures Group
, we’re not just childcare, we’re champions of fun! From football to face painting, scavenger hunts to snack time, you’ll bring smiles, laughter, and energy to our Breakfast & After School Clubs for children aged 4‑11. This role is split shift
, meaning you’ll work mornings and afternoons, with a break in between (great for studying, hobbies, family, or even a nap!). You’ll also have the opportunity to increase your hours during Holiday Club seasons and Lunchtime Cover
.
- Deliver exciting, age‑appropriate activities like multisports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
- Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome.
- Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
- Prepare snacks and manage sign‑in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail.
- Work split shifts: 7:30‑9:00am and 3:00‑6:00pm, perfect for work‑life balance or those seeking part‑time fun!
- Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed.
