Rota Nanny in Marylebone

We are seeking two experienced rota nannies to join a relaxed and welcoming family caring for their 7‑month‑old baby girl in Marylebone, just off Baker Street. This is a long‑term role for professional nannies who are genuinely passionate about infant care and enjoy working as part of a collaborative, supportive team.

A maternity nurse has been in place since birth, establishing excellent routines and foundations. The parents are now transitioning to a rota nanny setup and are keen to build a consistent, long‑term nanny team who will grow with their child. Both parents are hands‑on, involved, and value open communication and a nanny who enjoys working alongside them.

The role involves full nursery duties, supporting age‑appropriate development, maintaining established routines, and preparing healthy meals for the baby. Weaning has already begun, and there are no allergies.

The family lives in a spacious three‑bedroom apartment, with a separate private apartment available for the nanny to use during rest periods. A gym is also available in the building. The rota is ideally two weeks on / two weeks off, though flexibility is appreciated.
