Autism Support Worker
A school in Hillingdon is looking for support assistants to join them as soon as possible to work with pupils on the autistic spectrum. The school is state-of-the-art, with friendly staff, and offers opportunities to join the team permanently. In this role, you must be confident in managing behaviour and establishing firm boundaries.
Requirements for this role include:
- Being proactive and passionate about working with children.
- Having an Enhanced DBS on the update service or the ability to apply for one through Protocol Education.
- Providing 2 contactable references from recent work or volunteering with children or vulnerable adults within the last two years.
- Availability to work 5 days a week and readiness to start immediately.
