Summary:

We're looking for an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead our brand‑new nursery setting opening in Spring 2026. This is an opportunity for someone who's ready to play a key role in shaping a setting from the ground up, and to grow with a company that's genuinely invested in its people.

Responsibilities:

You’ll be working closely with the Director, but you’ll take the lead day to day. That means full responsibility for running the setting, leading the team, ensuring compliance, and delivering outstanding care and education. You’ll be the Registered Person with Ofsted, and the one setting the tone and culture from the very beginning.

What’s in it for you?
  • Competitive pay
  • Annual profit share. As the nursery succeeds, so do you
  • Free childcare for one child attending the setting
  • Opportunity to shape and lead a brand‑new team
  • Direct input into how the nursery is run and developed
  • Support from a Director who values your leadership but gives you space to run the show
  • Regular training, team development and paid closures throughout the year for setting improvements
  • Generous annual leave and clear opportunities for professional growth
What we’re looking for someone:
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above is ideal)
  • At least 5 years of management experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • Someone with a strong grip on Ofsted requirements and a deep understanding of the EYFS framework and how to IMPLEMENT
  • Confident in leading a team and managing a setting independently
  • Passionate about early years and excited about being part of a growing business
Qualifications:
  • Certificate of Higher Education (required)
Benefits:
  • Free Childcare
  • Annual leave entitlement
  • UK visa sponsorship (will still need to be knowledgeable around UK EYFS requirements)
  • Annual profit share bonus
