What we need from you:

The Badge:
Full & relevant Level 3 qualification (CACHE or equivalent).
The

Experience:

At least 1 year in a nursery setting with a solid grip on the EYFS.
The Vibe:
High energy, a "can-do" attitude, and a passion for making learning feel like an adventure.
The

Skills:

Great communication (written & verbal) and a rock-solid understanding of safeguarding.
Your Mission:

Create "wow" moments for children aged 9 months to 5 years, build incredible parent partnerships, and mentor the next generation of apprentices in a supportive, collaborative environment.
