Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:30am-6:30pm (40 hours per week)
Location:
Bermondsey, SE16 We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Room Leader to join our small, friendly, and professional team. Our nursery cares for up to 20 children aged 2–5 years, and we are seeking someone who is passionate about leading a team and supporting children’s learning and development. Ideal Candidate:
Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification At least 1 years’ experience leading a room or team in a nursery or early years setting Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to use initiative Strong knowledge of the EYFS and experience in planning and monitoring children’s learning and development A positive, team-focused attitude with a genuine love for working with children Your Responsibilities:
Leading and supporting the team to provide high-quality care and education Overseeing the planning and delivery of daily activities in line with the nursery’s curriculum and the EYFS framework Acting as Key Person, maintaining accurate learning and development records Ensuring the environment is safe, welcoming, and meets all health and safety requirements Our Benefits:
