Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8am-5.30/6pm, Friday 3pm-7pm + Friday babysitting paid at1.5x hourly rate.
Child: One baby girl, currently three months

A family based in Clerkenwell, central London, are seeking a nanny to care for their babydaughter, who is three months old. They are a calm, happy and relaxed young family, and theyare hoping to find someone who will grow with them over the long term.
Above all they are looking for someone caring, gentle, positive and calm under pressure, with afocus on their daughter's development and on keeping her physically and mentally stimulatedthrough the day. Someone with knowledge of the EYFS to help creative activities and planclasses as she gets older and hits certain milestones. Experience with weaning is essential, asthey expect to start around December or January and would like someone who can take that onwith confidence.
There are light nursery duties, such as tidying up after the baby, keeping the nursery organised,and generally being proactive and helpful. The nanny would work closely with the family'swonderful housekeeper, who is extremely kind and brilliant at what she does.
The hours run Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5.30/6pm, then a later shift on Friday from 3pmthrough to midnight (often earlier), with anything after 7pm paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
There is also the option of one or two Saturdays a month, 5pm to midnight, always with advancenotice and again paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
The family travel around three weeks a year t tends to be a ski week in the Alps andthen one or two weeks in the summer, usually the south of France, Greece or Egypt, and theywould love a nanny who is happy to come along. They do take some holidays without the nanny,so there is no expectation of constant travel.
This is a live-out role. There are no pets. A driving licence is preferred and will matter more astheir daughter gets older. Salary is competitive and will be agreed according to experience, paid weekly or monthly to suit the nanny.
