• Develop, maintain, and evolve a world‑class wine list aligned with our culinary vision
• Lead wine service during service periods, offering expert recommendations
• Manage inventory, purchasing, supplier relationships, and cost control
• Create wine pairings for tasting menus and special events
• Ensure compliance with licensing, storage, and cellar management standards

Proven experience as a Head Sommelier or Senior Sommelier in a high‑end environment. Exceptional wine knowledge with a strong leadership and communication skills. A guest focused mindset with the ability to elevate the dining experience.
