We are looking for passionate and professional Head Waiters / Waitresses to join our teams across Gaia, La Maison Ani and Shanghai-Me. As a Head Waiter/ess, you will be at the heart of the guest journey; ensuring service runs smoothly, supporting your section team, and delivering warm, attentive hospitality.

• Oversee and support your section team to deliver impeccable service.
• Take and manage orders, ensuring a smooth tempo and timely table turnover.
• Liaise with the front desk to coordinate seating plans.
• Maintain mise en place, stock levels, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure guest preferences, allergies, and special requests are communicated and actioned.
• Lead by example in service delivery, upselling, and guest engagement.
• Work collaboratively with chefs, sommeliers, and management to exceed guest expectations.

• Previous experience in a high‑end or luxury dining environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining moments.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
