• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle check‑ins, room allocation, and check‑outs.
• Manage and adjust room reservations.
• Respond to guest needs, complaints, and special requests.
• Present hotel services and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a tidy, secure, and efficient front desk.
• Process payments and run administrative reports.
• Host social evenings for our guests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations.
