Student Accommodation Manager – Temp Role (London SE1)

£20.00/hour | 8–12 weeks | Shifts Mon–Fri, between 8am–6pm

Are you a people-first leader with a knack for operations? Join a thriving student accommodation provider in the heart of London SE1 and take charge of a vibrant living community for students. This is your chance to bring your skills to a dynamic temporary assignment starting ASAP for approx. 12 weeks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead daily customer service operations and supervise front-of-house interactions
Respond to student inquiries with professionalism and care
Manage facilities and maintenance issues—ensuring everything runs smoothly
Escalate more complex problems to relevant departments swiftly
Be the warm, reliable presence at reception—greeting guests and fielding calls/emails

What We’re Looking For:

Previous management or supervisory experience, ideally in hospitality or accommodation
Confident communication skills and a positive attitude
Sharp decision-making and the ability to work independently
