General Operative, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a General Cleaner and Kitchen Porter across various locations in London. This is a blended role that combines maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across designated areas with supporting kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Duties:

* Ensure all designated areas, including public spaces, restrooms, offices, and staff facilities, are clean, tidy, and hygienic.

* Carry out regular sanitisation of high-touch surfaces.

* Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly.

* Replenish supplies such as soap, hand sanitisers, and paper towels.

Kitchen Porter Duties:

* Support kitchen staff with cleaning tasks, including washing dishes, pots, and utensils.

* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and surfaces.

* Assist in organising and storing kitchen supplies and deliveries.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

What We Are Looking For

* Previous experience in cleaning or kitchen porter roles is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.

* Valid Right to Work (RTW) documents.

* Valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

* Last 5 years’ employment history letter(s) or references.

* A strong work ethic and attention to detail.

* The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* A team player with good communication skills.

* Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

* Must be eligible to work in the UK.
