Assistant Night Manager

The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time. Situated in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters, The Ned London houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, ten restaurants and bars, and 248 hotel bedrooms.

• Working alongside the Night Manager, overseeing Front of House night operations to ensure night audit and daily reporting is completed correctly
• Act as main point of contact for any guest requests or issues during the shift, follow all glitch reporting procedures, and elevate/handover to morning team
• Complete all night reporting and night auditing of the previous day
• Communicate with overnight employees as needed to maintain a smooth operation around the building
• You will partner with teams such as Security, Ground floor control, and senior leadership where needed
• Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, 8.30am-8.30pm

• Salary of up to £37,400/year (including service charge)
