We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in London for a Housekeeping Porter to join their professional and friendly housekeeping team.

💼 The Role

As a Housekeeping Porter, you will play a key support role within the housekeeping department, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Delivering guest requests promptly and professionally (amenities, linen, extra beds, etc.)

* Restocking housekeeping pantries and storage areas

* Supporting room attendants with linen distribution

* Maintaining cleanliness of back-of-house areas

* Assisting with moving beds, cots, and other equipment when required

* Ensuring service standards reflect a 5-star environment at all times

⏰ Shift Pattern

Rotational shifts starting at:

* 8:00am

* 9:00am

* 2:30pm

Flexibility is essential, including weekends and bank holidays.

💰 Salary & Benefits

* £12.23 per hour

✅ About You

* Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel porter roles preferred

* Experience in a 4★ or 5★ hotel environment is advantageous

* Professional presentation and positive attitude

* Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

* Strong teamwork skills

* Good level of English
