A respected, sustainability‑led restaurant opening soon in Spitalfields is seeking a confident and highly organised Head of Reception & Events to own the guest journey, reservations, and private events. This is a key leadership role, acting as the bridge between guests, FOH, BOH, and senior management.

• Proven experience in reception, reservations or events within quality restaurants or premium hospitality
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Commercially minded, with experience maximising covers and event revenue
• A natural host with polished communication skills
• Confident leading, training and motivating a front‑of‑house team

• Lead reception and hosting, ensuring an exceptional arrival and departure experience
• Oversee all reservations channels, guest database and seating strategy
• Act as main contact for private dining and events from enquiry to delivery
• Plan and coordinate events, creating clear briefs for FOH and BOH teams
