The London Hilton on Park Lane is the world’s first Hilton to open within the United Kingdom, located in Mayfair. The five‑star luxury hotel has 453 rooms, including 56 suites and a Presidential Suite, and offers 16 meeting rooms. It has recently celebrated its 60th anniversary (2023) and is undergoing renovations, including a refurbished lobby level and new restaurant and bar.
The venue’s Grand Ballroom, Wellington Ballroom, and Harvest Suite accommodate 160 to 1,200 guests for events.

- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards
- Evaluate guest‑satisfaction levels and monitor trends, focusing on continuous improvement
- Ensure regular and VIP guests are recognised and that the department operates with a sales attitude, promoting the hotel brand’s loyalty scheme
- Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
- Assist with setting departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies and procedures
- Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Front Office Team, emphasising training and teamwork
- Ensure Team Members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, including local area information, and are continually trained
- Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments
- Monitor staffing levels to meet cover business demands
- Conduct monthly communication meetings in the absence of the Front Office Manager, and produce minutes
- Assist with staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with recruiting, managing, training and developing the Front Office team
- Adhere to policies and procedures when working with front‑of‑house equipment and property management systems
- Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel, leisure or retail sector
- High level of IT proficiency
- High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Accountable and resilient
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the United Kingdom.
