Overview
We are looking for an energetic Reception Supervisor to join our Holborn team.
Responsibilities- Support the running of our day-to-day Front Office, inspiring our receptionists to create a memorable, effortless Hox experience for our guests—from arrival to departure.
- Work with all teams to keep our rooms nicely booked, and assist the Front Office Manager with any overbooking levels.
- Answer phones, handle requests, provide recommendations on the best shows and latest pop-up restaurants in the area—be the one-stop shop for our guests.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure everything is running smoothly for guests’ stays.
- Attitude-first: someone who enjoys helping others and makes guests feel confident they can get an answer.
- Individuals who want to be themselves; no clones in suits here.
