Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate events, conferences, and hospitality functions
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
  • Manage event budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Coordinate guest registration, invitations, and RSVPs
  • Ensure logistics, AV equipment, catering, and venue setup are executed flawlessly
  • Maintain high-quality standards in guest experience and hospitality service
  • Monitor event feedback and provide post-event reporting
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and hospitality regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator, Event Planner, or Hospitality Event Manager
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of event management software and tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration
  • Experience in corporate events, conferences, or large-scale hospitality events
  • Familiarity with budget management, vendor contracts, and hospitality service standards
