We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an exceptional client for a Luxury Clinic Receptionist to join their friendly, professional, and high-performing team based in Sloane Square.
Our client is a prestigious 5-star skincare and aesthetics clinic operating within the mid-to-high-end market. They are renowned for delivering outstanding service and premium treatments within a welcoming and luxurious environment. You will be dealing with celebrities and VIP clientele.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Front of House professional who thrives in a client-focused setting and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role
As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in maintaining the clinic’s excellent reputation and ensuring every client experience is seamless, professional, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver consistently high standards of customer service and ensure the wider team upholds these standards at all times
* Manage all client enquiries efficiently and professionally, both in person and via telephone and email
* Maintain an organised and proactive approach to front desk operations
* Confidently discuss, promote, and sell treatments and packages to clients
* Use initiative to resolve issues effectively and manage situations that arise throughout the working day
* Contribute positively to a hardworking, vibrant, and supportive team environment
Candidate Requirements
* Previous Reception or Front of House experience is essential
* Experience with in aesthetics, beauty, spa, or wellness environments is highly desirable
* Warm, friendly, engaging, and highly professional manner
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
* A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
