As a Luggage Porter, you will be an integral part of our front office team, ensuring our guests receive inspirational service from the moment they arrive. This hands‑on, operational role requires a confident and engaging communicator who can deliver exceptional service with warmth and impeccable presentation.

• Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring their belongings are handled with care.
• Support the concierge desk with the smooth running of daily operations by promptly addressing guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring the lobby and front entrance are always clean and welcoming.
• Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
• Collaborate with the front office team to create a seamless guest experience.

• A Valid UK Driving Licence

• Hourly rate of £15.50 to £16.50 inclusive of service charge.
