The Crowne Plaza London Kings Cross, a deluxe 4-star hotel has 430 beautifully designed bedrooms, Restaurants & Bar, 7 states of the art Meeting & Event spaces, a Club Lounge, and a gym.
Are you reliable, friendly, and confident working overnight? We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Night Auditor/ Night Porter to join our front-of-house team and ensure the smooth running of the hotel during night hours.
Our hotel is fast-paced, welcoming guests from around the world, and we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding guest experiences in a welcoming and professional environment. As a Night Auditor/Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards while supporting guests and colleagues overnight.
What Youll Do :
Be the friendly face of the hotel during night hours
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries
Maintain security and ensure safety procedures are followed
Complete nightly audits and administrative tasks
Support other departments when required
What Were Looking For :
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure
Previous hotel or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
Basic IT skills and strong attention to detail
