Welcome to Sir Devonshire Square – a bold, beautiful boutique hotel just steps from Liverpool Street Station. We are the first UK hotel from Sircle Collection
, the Dutch lifestyle brand known for turning up the charm in Europe’s coolest neighbourhoods.

Having opened in September, we’re now looking for a Front Office Supervisor who can lead by example, support the team with a smile, and keep the day shift running smoothly.

Your Role as Front Office Supervisor
  • Act as the go-to person for daytime Front Desk operations
  • Support and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Respond to guest needs with confidence and empathy, even during unexpected situations
  • Keep communication smooth and clear with all departments
  • We see this role as developing into a Duty Manager
What We Are Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in a Front Office role, ideally in a lifestyle or boutique hotel
  • A people-first approach – someone who supports and empowers the team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and calm decision-making in high-pressure moments
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, bank holidays and some overnights
