As Receptionist at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic Front of House team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests. If you are looking to develop your skills and be part of the future of luxury, this is your moment.
Primary Responsibilities Include- Guest Services & Support:
Greet guests warmly, manage check‑ins/check‑outs, and provide comprehensive information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. - Reservation & Communication Hub:
Handle all aspects of guest reservations and act as the primary point of contact for phone calls and inquiries. - Problem Resolution & Satisfaction:
Address guest complaints promptly and courteously to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction. - Administrative & Financial Accuracy:
Process payments, manage cash transactions accurately, and assist with administrative tasks like record‑keeping. - Operational Excellence & Teamwork:
Maintain a clean and organised reception, coordinate with other departments for seamless service, and adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and health/safety guidelines.
