The Role of the Rooms MIT:
This position will receive full exposure to all areas of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Guest Services, and Housekeeping. The programme is designed to develop a strong understanding of both the guest journey and the operational support required to deliver exceptional service at every stage. The Rooms MIT will also take part in supervisory tasks, team communication, problem‑solving, and service recovery.
This exposure is intended to build confidence, leadership capability, and operational awareness, preparing you for future management roles within the Rooms Division. Throughout the programme, you will work closely with departmental leaders, receive regular feedback, and take part in learning opportunities that support your development and understanding of Four Seasons' operational philosophy. The aim is to provide a well‑rounded foundation that equips you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a leadership position within the Rooms Division.
- An upcoming or recent graduate from a Hospitality Management post‑secondary program is an asset. (However, graduates from all disciplines will be considered)
- Minimum one to two years’ experience within the hospitality or service industry.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership experience through work, extracurriculars, and/or studies.
- Passion to grow and develop within the industry and the Four Seasons brand.
- Strong communication skills (English) and additional spoken languages are considered an asset.
- The Right to Work in the UK is essential as sponsorship is not provided.
