As a Junior Sous Chef at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic Kitchen team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Supporting the Sous Chef and other senior chefs in the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Supervise junior chefs, effectively taking charge of certain sections in the kitchen.
- Closely working with the team to prepare and design an enticing menu.
- Ensure all tools and work spaces are clean, tidy and functional.
