Purpose of the role:
To assist the Banqueting Reservations Manager in the co-ordination of internal and external functions for both our clubhouses, ensuring that all details for the function are conveyed correctly to all involved departments.
Based in our Pall Mall clubhouse, London.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with members to discuss details of functions and acting as key liaison for the event.
- Providing administrative support to the team in day-to-day running of the banqueting and events office
- Booking member, guest or internal activity functions by telephone or in person – including but not limited to weddings, golf societies and days, meetings, lunches and dinners.
About you:
- Previous experience in customer facing role
- Function planning experience
- Computer literate
- Strong communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable
