Purpose of the role:

The role of a Kitchen Porter Supervisor is to work under the back of house manager/supervisor to deliver the daily cleaning requirements of the back of house operation to the standards set out in the Clubs health and safety policy.

Working hours are a 40 hour shift pattern over 7 days.

Resonsibilities:

• Coordinating kitchen porters during service
• Work closely with the F&B manager to ensure good communication and team work, front and back of house.
• Manage the cleaning schedules across all food prep areas

About you:

• Experience of managing a team
• Basic food hygiene although training can be given.
• Previous experience of working in a kitchen environment
• Experience of manual lifting, COSHH training.
• Computer literate
