Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is located in the prestigious Marylebone area of London’s West End, overlooking the gardens of Portman Square and just moments from Oxford Street and Hyde Park. It features 440 elegant guestrooms including 50 suites, along with 11 versatile meeting and event spaces and dining experiences such as seasonal British dishes and Afternoon Tea at The Montagu Kitchen.

Available working hours will vary each week and can range anywhere from 0 to 40 hours.

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome and farewell to all guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
• Assist guests with luggage handling promptly, safely, and efficiently, in line with luxury service standards.
• Guide guests to their rooms, providing a clear overview of hotel facilities, services, and in-room features.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel entrance, lobby, and surrounding areas at all times.
• Coordinate transportation requests, including arranging taxis and offering accurate local information and directions.
• Support the Front Office team during busy periods to ensure smooth guest flow and operational efficiency.
• Respond proactively to guest requests and anticipate needs to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures when handling guest belongings and working in public areas.

We are looking for a well‑presented, personable, and service‑oriented individual with a genuine passion for hospitality. Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or high‑volume hotel environment is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive and courteous attitude, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Physical fitness to handle luggage, attention to detail, and knowledge of the local area are essential.

A positive, team‑focused approach and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment will ensure success in this role.
