Position: Deputy General Manager - Contract Catering

Mainly Monday to Friday, Daytime Hours (occasional flexibility for evenings).
40 hours per week.

Overseeing a large-scale, multi-outlet catering operation — including restaurants, cafés, barista stations, pantry services and internal hospitality — you’ll lead a team of circa 80 across front and back of house, ensuring seamless daily delivery in a fast-paced B&I environment.

Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll play a key role in evolving the offer, driving service innovation and maintaining strong commercial performance within a well-invested contract.
