Overview
  • An amazing opportunity to join the Front of House Team at The Londoner Hotel as a Receptionist.
  • Handle all aspects of the guest journey – delivery of maximum service during check‑in and check‑out, rooming and providing general London knowledge.
  • Manage cash payments and a float in accordance with company standards.
  • Respond to all guest communication professionally, ensuring personalisation and customisation to deliver service excellence.
  • Assist with the daily completion of admin tasks within the department.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ensuring all requirements during their stay are fulfilled to make them feel special and to recognise returning guests; promote hotel amenities and outlets and arrange in‑house services as required.
  • Gather and update guest information in the client database, using details proactively to provide a truly personal service.
About You
  • Previous hotel reception experience, ideally within a 4‑ or 5‑star operation.
  • Experience with IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Sales Force and Review Pro.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer‑service skills.
  • Impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.
