- Hourly Rate of £13.79 per hour

Responsibilities- Manage pre-arrival details:
Confirm reservations, assign accommodations, and fulfill special requests prior to guest arrival - Coordinate group arrivals:
Organize and oversee tour and pre-assigned group arrivals to ensure a seamless experience - Delight our guests:
Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly to uphold service standards; maintain knowledge of all hotel services as well as VIP requests and special events - Provide phone support:
Answer and route incoming calls, maintain call logs, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
