Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. As a Casual Executive Lounge Host, you’re not just handling guest inquiries – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities
  • Manage pre-arrival details:
    Confirm reservations, assign accommodations, and fulfill special requests prior to guest arrival
  • Coordinate group arrivals:
    Organize and oversee tour and pre-assigned group arrivals to ensure a seamless experience
  • Delight our guests:
    Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly to uphold service standards; maintain knowledge of all hotel services as well as VIP requests and special events
  • Provide phone support:
    Answer and route incoming calls, maintain call logs, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
