We are recruiting for our first art'otel in London. A premium lifestyle hotel situated in the heart of the new, iconic Battersea Power Station development. Perched on the Electric Boulevard, the 164‑key art'otel London Battersea Power Station sits in this newly energised neighbourhood, offering restaurants, bars, shops and galleries amidst the eye‑catching architecture surrounding the historical Battersea Power Station.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Have excellent detailed knowledge of front‑office operations.
- Ensure guests’ needs are satisfactorily met.
- Play a hands‑on role leading by example, and motivating, training and inspiring front‑office team members.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and have excellent knowledge of Opera.
- Take ownership of challenging situations with professionalism and calm.
- Have previous experience as a Front‑Office Supervisor/Team Leader, Reception Supervisor, or Receptionist in a hotel.
