Food & Beverage Steward (Onboard)

We are absolutely privileged to be recruiting on behalf of a truly unique luxury experience. Our client delivers the ultimate in luxury train journeys, and we’re supporting them in finding a Food & Beverage Steward to join their exceptional onboard team.

This is a contracted role with an immediate start through to December, offering the opportunity to work in an extraordinary setting, delivering world‑class dining and service as the train travels through some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the country.

Hospitality is at the heart of every journey, so we’re looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and thrives in a high‑end, fast‑paced environment. You’ll play a key role in providing seamless breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service, alongside supporting bar service and maintaining immaculate guest areas.

This is a hands‑on role that requires exceptional attention to detail, from table presentation and service standards through to ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest level, whilst supporting wider onboard operations when required.

• Previous experience in a high‑end hospitality or fine dining environment
• Strong food & beverage knowledge with a passion for service excellence
• Ability to work in a small, close‑knit team in a dynamic onboard setting
• Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
• Flexibility and a proactive, team‑oriented approach

Until December 2026

£34k pro rata (dependent on experience)

Please note, this role will require you to be away for up to 6 days at a time, with onboard sleeping arrangements provided.
