Overview

Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Previous Barista experience
Complaint Handling skills
Experience in Cash Handling
Able to work various shift patterns - morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends

Responsibilities

Serving food and drink in the restaurant and bar outlets whilst providing excellent customer service
.
Have a visible presence within the restaurant to ensure all customer requests are dealt with in a friendly manner
.
To up sell products where possible.
Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company Policy
To assist with the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department.
