Wanted: a proper operator. Someone who runs a big, multi‑faced hospitality and leisure business like they own it. In every way that matters, they will.
This is a rare one. A destination operation with food, drink, leisure and entertainment all in one place, and a leader to take on the lot: the P&L, the guest experience, the team, the culture. Get it right and the numbers (and the reviews) follow.
What you’ll own- The full operation – dining, bars, leisure, entertainment, guest experience
- Commercial performance – revenue, EBITDA, the bottom line
- A large, multidisciplinary team, and the culture that holds it together
- A guest‑obsessed standard – NPS, repeat bookings, five‑star reviews
- A big‑site or multi‑site leader who has carried a serious P&L
- Commercially sharp, people‑first, relentless on standards
- Open to relocation for the right role – this is a destination job
- c. £100k‑120k plus bonus and benefits
