The Dandy Bar at The Mayfair Townhouse, part of Iconic Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an accomplished Bar Manager to lead our luxury bar operation in Mayfair. You will drive guest experiences, mentor a diverse team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the bar’s storytelling with creativity and theatre.
You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure peak performance during busy periods while upholding the highest 5-star standards in a private-club-like atmosphere.
