Night Porter - Concierge at Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London is responsible for assisting arriving guests with luggage and transportation, providing courteous front desk and reservation service, and maintaining accurate financial control procedures.

• Know the city’s activities and restaurants, and maintain contacts to maximize guest service.
• Perform all reasonable services a guest may require; anticipate guests’ requests to satisfy them efficiently and promptly.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional conduct when meeting guests’ needs.
• Ensure proper handling of guest messages, mail, packages, flowers, and faxes.
• Review all memos, logbooks, messages, VIP lists, function sheets, etc., to ensure up‑to‑date and thorough knowledge of functions and happenings within the hotel.

• Ability to multi‑task.
