Edwardian Hotels London is seeking a Reservations Specialist to join our Central Reservations Team. You will sell rooms and ancillary revenue via phone, email, and other channels, while ensuring accurate reservations and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities include maximizing revenue through guest needs, maintaining product knowledge, and acting as a guest advocate from booking through follow-up. Knowledge of Opera is required.
