Reservations Host

We are looking for a bubbly Reservations Host to join our Brindisa family. You will be the first and the last person our guests see and you make sure that all of them receive a warm Brindisa welcome. You'll have experience in restaurant reservations or a similar role within a reception or bookings team, alongside a love for first‑class service, hospitality and people.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Manage all reservations, ensuring accurate booking and timely updates.
• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests.
• Coordinate with other team members to meet guest expectations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Required experience and skills:

• Experience in restaurant reservations or a similar role within a reception or bookings team.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

• Up to £16.5 per hour.
