Support the leadership and development of the events team within the Centre, inspiring exceptional service delivery. Oversee daily operations, ensuring client expectations are met while maintaining high standards. Contribute to financial performance by monitoring and achieving departmental targets. • Takeresponsibilityforpersonalandteamhealth&safetyadherence,leadingsafetywalks and ensuring safety conversations are up to date
• Listentocustomercommentsanddealwiththemasappropriateorpass themontoarelevant member of staff to ensure prompt follow-up action is taken
• Conductregularteammeetings,ensuringopentwo-way communication.
• Developingknowledgeofthefinancialsideofthebusiness,lookingatlabortargetsand contributing to financial success.
• Assistinleadinganddevelopingastrong,high-performingeventsteam.
• Toensureconsistentqualityservicedeliverytakingpartinthedailytastingswith Chefsand temperature checks on the floors
• Ensuring set standards are met for each event on a daily basis

• Competent to work within or lead, manage and develop the team
