Motel One Group in London is seeking a friendly front desk and Reservations agent to welcome guests and deliver outstanding service at check-in and check-out, while representing the brand's warm, home-from-home ethos. You will review bookings, handle options and over bookings, maintain Sihot and electronic booking systems, produce and verify invoices, and manage cash transactions.
