Orient Express Sailing Yachts seeks a Cellar Master/Head Sommelier to lead the wine program across shipboard venues and elevate the guest experience. You will manage wine inventory, cost control, staff training, and ensure adherence to Orient Express standards.
The role requires fluent English, 3 years in a Head Sommelier position, and shipboard beverage management experience. Contract position aboard luxury vessels with an emphasis on training and exceptional service.
