Hospitality & Wellbeing Assistant

Location: Unilever Kingston, 3 St James’s Road, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, KT1 2BA

Salary: £16.44 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday
Contract Type: Permanent Part Time

As a Hospitality & Wellbeing Assistant at Sodexo at Unilever Kingston, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, clean and safe environment for all building users and visitors. You’ll deliver a high standard of service while supporting the wellbeing experience across site, ensuring all areas are maintained to exceptional standards.

You’ll be part of a team where attention to detail, customer service and professionalism are highly valued. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work and is passionate about delivering a first‑class service.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver excellent housekeeping and wellbeing support services across the site
  • Ensure all allocated areas are maintained to a high standard
  • Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors and colleagues
  • Correctly use cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with training provided
  • Follow all Health & Safety and environmental procedures
  • Take ownership of issues and elevate where appropriate
  • Support the wider team to maintain a safe and positive workplace environment
