As a Housekeeping Team Member
- Night, you’ll be the quiet force that keeps the hotel running smoothly, ensuring every space is fresh, welcoming, and spotless for our guests. Working behind the scenes, your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will help create a seamless experience—so that when guests wake up, everything feels perfectly prepared and cared for.

• Taking pride in cleaning and maintaining guest areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation during the night.
• Responding to guest requests with warmth and efficiency, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or hazards promptly, supporting a safe and smooth-running hotel.
• Helping with monitoring supplies and minimise waste across all housekeeping areas.
• Working independently with care and precision, maintaining a high level of cleanliness while respecting guests’ rest and privacy.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues to hand over information and ensure a seamless transition for the day team.
