Corecruitment is recruiting a Head Chef to lead the launch of a brand-new Nikkei restaurant inside a luxury hotel in Tenerife. You will oversee opening operations, curate menus with senior leadership, recruit and train the kitchen team, and ensure top-tier quality and presentation.
The role requires a strong background in Japanese/Nikkei cuisine and experience managing premium hotel kitchens, with a focus on sushi and modern Asian techniques.
