Responsibilities
  • Serve as the face of IBIS London City Shoreditch, extending a warm welcome to guests and putting their well‑being at the heart of everything.
  • Be present and visible in the lobby, establishing a warm personal relationship to foster guest loyalty.
  • Prioritise guest relations while adhering to administrative procedures.
  • Create memorable moments for guests.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs, handle requests for information, and connect them to appropriate staff.
  • Jump across to the bar if required to assist the F&B team.
Qualifications
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK, including possession of a valid work visa.
  • Prior experience with Opera Cloud or a related system (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive problem‑solving approach.
  • Organised.
  • Multi‑tasking ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
