Responsibilities- Serve as the face of IBIS London City Shoreditch, extending a warm welcome to guests and putting their well‑being at the heart of everything.
- Be present and visible in the lobby, establishing a warm personal relationship to foster guest loyalty.
- Prioritise guest relations while adhering to administrative procedures.
- Create memorable moments for guests.
- Anticipate guests’ needs, handle requests for information, and connect them to appropriate staff.
- Jump across to the bar if required to assist the F&B team.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK, including possession of a valid work visa.
- Prior experience with Opera Cloud or a related system (preferred, not mandatory).
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Positive problem‑solving approach.
- Organised.
- Multi‑tasking ability.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Salary – £14.80 per hour.
